Former Vice Chancellor, Covenant University, Professor Aize Obayan, was hosted to a surprise gathering by the
Management of the University, on Wednesday, March 4,
2015, to mark her 55th birthday anniversary.
Professor Obayan, who is the immediate past Vice Chancellor of Covenant University and the current
Dean, College of Leadership Development Studies, while expressing her delight and appreciation at the
thoughtful gesture, enthused, “I want to say thank you for this awesome surprise. This is my 12th birthday in
Canaan Land. I want to say that I have known the Father’s love and God has been good to me. I want to
say that God brought me from tribulations to promotions and God set my feet on platforms that I
never imagined; it has been just wonderful serving God in Covenant University.”
