Mr. Lanre Olusola is the principal partner of Impression
Management Consulting. He is an alumnus of the Harvard
Business School, Boston Massachusetts USA; An ASET, U.K
certified Life Coach. He graduated as a Performance Coach
from Europe’s Number one coaching institution: The
Coaching Academy, U.K.
He has worked extensively with
the UK Government through the Department for International
Development (DFID), and the Nigerian Government, various
state governments and government agencies, and other
international donor organizations such as The World Bank,
and the British Council etc. He is involved in various
capacities and sits on the board of some of the following
not-for profit organizations: FATE Foundation, NESG,
Linkachild GTE Ltd, and Inspire Africa Foundation. He is a
prolific writer; and contributes to Next, The Nation,
BusinessDay and Genevieve Magazine.

He is the last born of the family of Christopher and Caroline Kupoluyi, a surname that was changed to Olusola because the old
name lived up to its meaning. He says, Kupoluyi means death takes an eminent person. At about the age of 28 and 40,
the men called Kupoluyi, who all attained some state of eminence, would die. When my father attained eminence, he died
in the first plane crash involving Nigeria Airways. He was the financial controller of Dunlop in 1969.
 lost my first brother in a car crash a couple of years back at the same age. The revelation hit us about changing our
name, so we changed it and the fortunes changed. I am going to live a long time, for another 60 years or even more and
very healthily too. You know the Asians live to 140years because they apply energy medicine.
