Preachers of L.A. is an American reality television series thats on Oxygen.

Preachers of L.A. chronicles the lives of three bishops and three pastors

from their work within the church to their personal lives at home.

The preachers are adherents of prosperity theology, an offshoot of Pentecostalism.

The series also encompasses the spouses of the men.

The lives of six pastors in Southern California are documented in this reality series.

The program casts light on their work in the community; their daily highs and lows as men,

husbands, fathers and friends; and the women who support them.

Preachers of LA is a must see reality TV program.

It’s about time someone showed that pastors are real people!  

In the end it's not the pastor you should be worshipping;  it's God!

The pastor is only delivering Gods word and I do say Bishop Jones does an awesome job at it!

Pastors are human and they deal with everyday problems just like you and I.

Don't overlook the fact that most of these preachers are PK's (preacher’s kids, Jones, McClendon and Haddon)

and they have been reading and studying the word all their lives.

They've got a handle on the word and how to deliver it and they do a good job at it.

As far as the money goes, don't ever believe that the money the parishioners

put in the plate in church is what these pastors are using to buy their big mansions and cars.

That money goes to upkeep for the church.

These pastors are making  money from DVD's, CD's, book sales,

private counseling for prominent people and the like.

I admit it was interesting to see the different lifestyles as well as the preaching styles of these men.
